Waiting List
Placing you child’s name on the waiting list does not guarantee you a position at Jacaranda. Places are allocated as per the NSW Education Dept, Early Childhood Education and Care Directorate, Funding Guidelines.
4.2 Priority of Access
Services are required to give equal priority of access to:
- children who are at least 4 years old on or before the 31 July in that preschool year and not enrolled or registered at a school
- children who are at least 3 years old on or before 31 July in that preschool year and are:
- children from low income families
- children from First Nations families
- children with disability and/or additional needs
- children with English language needs
- children who are at risk of significant harm (from a child protection perspective)

The enrollment process starts around July each year for the following year.
